Water Springs Life 3 was successfully launched on September 26, 2026, bringing potable water closer to 77 Mangyan families in Sitio Kamatis, Brgy. Caagutayan, San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro.

Before the project, residents had to walk approximately 400 meters uphill to fetch water for their daily needs. Through a concrete water reservoir, pipelines, and faucets, the project now provides safer, easier, and more reliable access to water.

The project also provided water storage containers and hygiene kits to all 77 families, made possible through the generous support of Pen for a Cause 143.

Pen for a Cause 143 was collectively supported by Rotarians and High Impact Presidents (HIPs) of Rotary International District 3830. Among those who supported the initiative were PP Noel Laman, HIP Paul Daza, and Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Makati West.

Major pledgers included HIP Jenette Gridley of the Rotary Club of Makati Emerald, HIP Alexis Zaragoza of the Rotary Club of Forbes Park, and HIP Sussie Amistoso, while early pledgers included HIP Ronald Yulo of the Rotary Club of Makati Ayala Triangle and HIP Allan Panaligan of the Rotary Club of Makati Northeast.

CLUBITECH Solutions Inc. served as the sole corporate pledger for Pen for a Cause 143.

The generosity of these Rotarians, High Impact Presidents, and corporate partner was transformed into something tangible—water storage containers and hygiene kits for 77 families, helping them safely store water and practice better hygiene and sanitation.

The Water Springs Life 3 Project was made possible through the partnership of the Rotary Club of West Naujan & Calapan, led by Service Impact President Don Erix Magno; the Rotary Club of Las Piñas-Camino Real, led by High Impact President Bimbo Garcia; and the Local Government of San Teodoro, under Mayor Karen Ponce-Miranda.

The launch also acknowledged the presence and support of members from both Rotary clubs, including CP Doc Christine Magno and Rtn. BM Bong Brucal from West Naujan & Calapan, and PP Dong Ybud, IPP Vanj Bedrero, and Dir. Jinky Isada from Las Piñas-Camino Real.

Their collective support demonstrates the power of Rotary collaboration—where individual acts of generosity come together to create meaningful and lasting community impact.
