Projects & Impact

As part of Rotary International’s mission to serve humanity, the Rotary Club of Las Piñas – Camino Real designs and delivers community-centered projects that create long-term impact. Our programs are aligned with Rotary’s Seven Areas of Focus, addressing real needs with compassion, innovation, and measurable results.

Ongoing Projects:

  • “Brigada Kalikasan” (Environment): Monthly cleanup and tree-planting drives in Las Piñas Riverbanks and local parks.

  • “Bawat Bata, Bawat Libro” (Education): Literacy program providing books and reading sessions to underprivileged students.

  • “Kalusugan Mo, Sagot Ko” (Health): Free medical consultations and medicine distribution in barangay health centers.

Completed Highlights:

  • Solar Light Distribution (2024): Provided solar-powered lamps to 100 off-grid homes in Cavite.

  • Mobile Blood Donation Drive: Partnered with Red Cross to collect over 300 blood units in two years.

  • Bayanihan Food Pantry (Pandemic Response): Distributed food and hygiene kits to 500+ families during COVID-19.

Our club hosts and participates in a range of events that reflect the fellowship, leadership, and community spirit of Rotary.

  • Rotary Week of Service (August 2025): Series of service projects across Las Piñas schools and barangays.

  • Public Image Caravan: Interactive awareness campaign about Rotary’s mission and club programs.

  • Annual Induction & Handover Ceremony (July 2025): Welcoming new officers and celebrating milestones.

Past Highlights:

  • Rotary Fellowship Night (March 2025): Celebrated 20 years of service with alumni, partners, and district leaders.

  • Joint Tree Planting with Interact Clubs: 200 seedlings planted by youth and Rotarians.

  • World Polio Day Campaign: Rotary-branded caravan and health talks to promote immunization awareness.
